Deciding whether or not to start your own business may be one of the most important decisions you ever make.  If you do decide to go ahead with it, how do you find an opportunity?  How do you evaluate whether you and your idea can survive out in the market place?  How do you get the money to fund it?

These are the topics of the course I teach at the  Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.  I've included here the slides that I prepared to guide our class discussions each week.

I am always eager to discuss Entrepreneurship with anybody thinking of starting a new business either on their own or within an existing business.  Feel free to contact me about anything in these slides that sparked your interest or raised questions for you.
