Michael Goldman has designed and taught the following courses:

New Venture Creation - a graduate level course that teaches the student to

1. Identify the determinants of entrepreneurial success: the team, opportunity recognition, and resource requirements.
2. Evaluate ideas and ventures for their potential as viable opportunities.
3. Understand the personal issues that an entrepreneur must deal with on a daily basis: taking and managing risk, risk/reward trade-offs, ambiguity and uncertainty, and the importance and interplay of faith and fear.
4. Understand the key elements, focus, and methodology of a business plan.

Internal Control - a 40-hour course for senior executives of a Fortune 500 company.  This course was presented as part of an SEC decree after the company was found to be the victim of fraud  perpetrated by a divisional controller.

Accounting and Financial Control for Lawyers - an 8 hour course prepared and presented for the legal department of a Fortune 100 company and for lawyers of an international law firm.
