single-store $1.7 million retailer experiencing on-going solvency problems.
- Assisted with the renegotiation of debt, cash flow management,
and development of a reporting system for a company that was acquired
by new owners.
- Assisted a $10 million nursing agency in work-out
negotiations with its creditors, consolidation of cash-flow negative
operations, preparing the company for sale, and preparing the
company for due dilligence.
- Assisted with cash management for a $60 million importer of
household funishings
- Appointed as Interim CFO in pre-bankruptcy planning and restructuring
as a Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession for a $300 million telecom
company.
- Appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer for a $30 million
technology recycling company.
- Appointed as Interim CFO for a $25 million auto parts maker
