- Served as debtor-in-possession of the bankruptcy estate of a $100 million
retail company operating 35 stores in 11 states. Successfully
liquidated the company at a higher realization than any of the parties
expected.
- Successfully assisted creditor committee council in reducing claims by 30%
and collecting $2.5 million in avoidance actions in a 600 creditor
bankruptcy case.
- Assisted the Trustee in an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors in
resolving sales tax disputes, tracing assets, and other administrative
matters in a case involving an $80 million company.
- Appointed by the Court and the U.S. Department of Justice as Examiner in a
three-company bankruptcy case involving the franchiser of 27 convenience
stores.
- Served as financial advisor to the creditors committee in the debt
restructuring of a $110 million distribution company.
- Assisted the secured creditor of a $185 million retail company in the
complete liquidation of its debt.
- Assisted a related party in the bankruptcy of a $500 million retail
company with the liquidation of 33 retail stores in seven states and managed
over $8 million of cash during this liquidation.
- Testified as an expert witness in a $750,000 debt dispute.
- Prepared numerous liquidation analysis for clients deciding
on a course of action in various situations.
- Assisted a $2 million debtor company in the restructuring of
it's debts.
- Assisted numerous small business debtors with bankruptcy planning.

- Assisted the liquidators and worked closely with the debtor in possession
and secured creditors in the liquidation of a $550 million
publicly held company.
- Assisted the Venture Capitalists in the work-out of a
$55 million consumer products manufacturer by preparing cash forecasts,
inventory reduction plans, inventory rationalization, and other working
capital management issues.
- Assisted management and junior secured lenders in the work-out
of a $120 million publicly traded industrial manufacturer by preparing cash
forecasts and working capital simulation models, providing counsel in bank
negotiations, and worked with outside auditors to avoid a "going
concern" opinion.
- Assisted the liquidators in the determination of inventory valuations in
the liquidation of a chain of 11 shoe stores
- Retained to provide management consulting to a family-owned
single-store $1.7 million retailer experiencing on-going solvency problems.
- Assisted the Venture Capitalists with cash flow
forecasts for a $140 million packaging company to assist in bankruptcy
planning
- Assisted with the inventory appraisal of a $1.5 billion
textile manufacturer for a DIP loan.
- Retained to prepare an insolvency analysis and assist in the
prosecution of a fraudulent conveyance case.
